I dont know if CGT is supposed to incorporate South African narrow gauge but I have just seen a sample prototype of the next 16mm project loco to be introduced after the little 0-4-2 Victory loco.

It will be a SA 4-6-0 class NG9. This is a substantial locomotive and if the prototype is anything to go "buy" beautifully engineered. No official costs are available but since the 0-4-2 is estimated at between £600-£800 it seems that £1100 might be a good guess. I think the NG9 is adjustable between 32mm and 45mm.

Both locos are only available to members but since the annual subs are about £20 this should not be a problem.
