| Mike. I am a great user of the dremel but after seeing the mammoth amount of brickwork you have engraved! Howlong did it take (and how did your back take it?)

| hi mikey, a bout a week, but i didnt/couldnt do it full time, did a arch a day, helps me work rest and play , seruislly, u go mad trying to keep the stonework the same sizes, so i did a arch, , did the horizontal lines 1st, by eye, then as the dremmile blades wore down, i swapped them for new, inbetween chating on the net, i ran trains, after a break, i did the vertical lines, useing the smaller worn disks.... doing a arch, well it kinda spurs u on.... wify came up with the idea for weathering it, as the masionry paint was too "new", she got some dippers, from work, basicly, a foam lolly ... shes uses them as a carea for old folks, to dampen there mouths, .... any how, they worked, dry brushing the weathering in.. |

| Nice work Mike.
Actually in that last picture there's what looks like some sort of printed back-scene. Is that specically for outdoor use, or have you coated a 'smaller scale' back-scene with some sort of protective covering? I only ask because it just caught my eye, and it looks quite effective with the viaduct in the foreground and the croc in the middle-distance as it were. _________________ Cheers,
