It's been an interesting week (or so). Although I normally bid on several items each month, I usually win at most only one. Last week. however, was an exception. First, I won a Stainz (as you know from my "My First Stainz" posting). Well, I had also been watching a LGB 3120 Passenger Coach and dropped a bid on it near the end and won it as well.

Then yesterday I noticed a gem which had previously escaped my attention and placed another bid. You guessed it, I won it as well. So, I am now the proud owner of a mint condition LGB 2078 Corpet-Louvet (the so called "Eurolok" Green with open cab). I can't wait for it to arrive- I have wanted a Corpet-Louvet for several years now. The obligatory photos will be posted once she arrives. It looks like there will now be a new french branch on my line - Chemin de Fer de Kleine Dicke or something like that.

Now there's one more "gotta have" item up on eBay - a 31190 Post Wagen ending in 3 days; can I resist it? Will SWMBO find out? Stay tuned for further adventures.

The roofless wonder? If so, sorry if you had to spend a few more $$ on it in the end...... Embarassed

BTW, I may have a spare high arch roof here.....
