Subject: Very nice Garden Railway Series on Youtube Mon Jul 16, 2012 10:03 am
Don't know if it was mentioned allready somewhere else or not, but yesterday I found a great series on Youtube called "The Garden Railway" made by Mark Found / ModelRailwayTV. The series was published on Youtube in december 2011 but I have not seen it before. About 15 episodes from 20 to 25 minutes each on several topics. Proffesional made, informative -specially for starters- humorous and great to watch (although Mark Found seems to suffer from ADHD a bit too much sometimes).
Search on Youtube for Mark Found and ModelrailwayTV and you'll find the series.
Here's an example of an episode about model buildings. It also gives some very nice behind the scenes information on BekonScot Model Village: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bwRnWsYm4Bk&feature=youtube_gdata_player
Hope you like it!
Edit: just found out this series was also broadcasted on Discovery Channel!
Hi Paulus, yes, Iīve come across a couple of the videos, but didnīt realise that they were part of a whole series. Thanks for the tip. Regards, Andrew K&NWLR

I have the whole series saved on Sky+ so much help for anyone else. However I have found this http://markfound.wix.com/mark-found-on-sound/the-garden-railway. What I found interesting in the series was the visits to various garden railways around GB, (including the wonderful Bob Symes). I keep the the series to watch whenever I am laid up with man flu.
